Display rooms are made of 1/2" heavy foam board. custom rooms larger can be made but pricing is high using UPS They are light weight and easy to move from room to room. There are two
type of room displays Standard and Luxury to order a room display make a payment
using
PayPal
then you will receive a follow up email for the
color, type and room size you would like. It takes two weeks from the time of
order for the room to be completed. You can also send a picture to me of a room
you would like me to custom make for your doll. I can't give refunds because of
the custom orders of the item but I will work with you to make the room your
satisfied with. I insure all of my items up to the purchase amount with shipping
insurance so if it is damaged I will refund your money
I have pictures of each room shown below on all three sides just ask for the
photos of them by name.

Return Policy: Email us if item is broken, within 24 hours of opening, all items are insured for damage up to the paid amount. We refund your payment amount up to the amount of purchase if, you are not satisfied for any reason. You must email us for the return with in 5 business days. We do not refund at anytime for buyers remorse. I deal in custom made items so I cannot refund your purchase amount only because it is custom made for you. Once I get your order I will send you pictures of the progress made and final photo of three walls and ceiling and flooring for your approval before it is mailed.

2-1 Large double window on back wall side walls solid 3- Large double window on back wall side walls solid 4-Large Bk window solid sidewalls or door on either wall you chose 5-One single side window back wall door Sample of room colors, you may select the color you wish I use Valspar Paint, anyplace that carry this brand will have a paint chart. I will need the color before I start on your room display. It takes a total of two weeks to complete your room display. Shipping will be figured as soon as I have your order.
